Founded in 2004 by Trond H.Jensen(mindy misty)
as a one man music machinery of Commodore 64 combined with bass-guitar.
Progressive and experimental compositions, hunted by hard bass-lines with
brutal fuzz
formed the debut album "Tribeca" autumn 2007.(Handmade Records
& Second Shimmy Digital)
Recorded in New York with
the producer Kramer. (shimmydisc,butthole
surfers) and the guitarist Dag Sølvberg(HEX film).
On the release-gig
Magnus A. Husum (Far From Tellus)
was invited as guest on synth.
This co-operation gave the music more intensity and psychedelic groove, this
developed Laconic Zero into a duo.
Past shows includes among others clubs, squats, rock bars, festivals and
art-exhibitions in USA(New York), Sweden, Oslo, Bergen and Fredrikstad.
